I believe it’s important you know what you can expect from my website and how to use the information, products and services I share with you. As a creative I believe it is important to share with you what you can and cannot do with the content and products (digital or otherwise) on my site.

I love to create share what I find beautiful, products and free printables for you to download and use. Please understand that this is for your personal use only. While I love it when you share links to our website, blog posts products and downloads on your social media pages please don’t share files or downloads which are offered for sale on my site.
If you would like to use any of my printables commercially please contact me on linda@serendipitystyle.co.z. It will be great to help you.
Colour Disclaimer
All printers, screens and monitors reproduce colours differently. As a result I cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen or monitor will match your final printed item exactly.

When you purchase a download you are purchasing the product for your own personal use.
All digital products and downloads featured on Serendipitystyle.co.za or my shop are protected by copyright and are not to be copied. This means you cannot distribute, alter or sell them physically or digitally.
Orders
All orders are final, non-refundable and non-returnable. Please take a moment to review your selection before finalising your purchase as this means no refunds will be granted. If your order does not meet your expectations please contact me and I will do my best to make it right for you.
Digital Products
By purchasing a digital product you purchase the download of that item and no physical file or item will be shipped.
Files are for your personal use. As a result you may not be resell them or post them in a digital form, as a free download or as a printed piece.
Physical Products
On the other hand if you order a physical product and it arrives damaged, broken or is not what you ordered please contact me by email on linda@serendipitystyle.co.za. If you could include an image of the packaging and the product I will gladly replace the item for you. It’s important I always meet your expectations.
Affiliates
If a page contains an affiliate link I will earn a commission if you use that link. This means I only ever recommend brands I use and trust to you. These brands always represent quality which I am proud for my name to be associated with.
