This is a print it out, take it everywhere or add it to a binder type printable. It also uses the same feminine theme as our other printables.
This daily planner has space for all the most important parts of your day. It will help keep you on track and on time.
Wake time
Waking at the same time every day helps your body regulate its sleep cycles. Before anyone laughs at me I’ll admit this is very difficult for me. I’m more of a night owl and have always been. Writing your wake time down makes it more intentional and looking back you’ll be able to track how your waking time made a difference to your day.
Today’s Mantra
A mantra is a positive phrase or statement which affirms something. It provides motivation and encouragement for you when you need to focus your mind to achieve a goal.
Writing down your mantra for the day helps keep you focused. It can simply be something like “I can and I will” or “Stay focused”.
To create a daily mantra:
- Write down a negative feeling or emotion which has been worrying you.
- Cross the words out by drawing a line through them. This is a powerful action, cancelling out the negativity.
- Now write a positive statement or phrase to replace it.
- Repeat this phrase to yourself either silently or out loud during the day.
Schedule
Sometimes my diary seems like a blur of meeting after meeting and keeping track of them is a full time job. Ever pitched up for a meeting not remembering what it was for? I have. This is very true these days as everyone pops Teams’ meetings into my diary and there is no time between meetings.
Memo
A space to write any notes you need to make.
Top Priorities
This is your list of “have to do’s” or “Must do’s” from your to-do list. Don’t make the list too long. Rather concentrate on 2 or 3 to make sure you get them done. The lesson is not to have unreasonable expectations for your day.
To Do List
Use this space to record all the things you have to do.Some may be more long-term and some may be more pressing. Try colour coding the items as follows:
- Red – most urgent, most important, time is running out now.
- Orange – pressing and becoming urgent, time is going to run out.
- Yellow – about to become pressing or urgent, more important.
- Green – you have some time to get this done, least important.
Daily Reflection
A thought, a quote, a scripture verse, a space to write down anything which stuck with you during the day.
